1 on 1

One-on-one mentoring offers a private, personalized space for youth who aren’t yet comfortable sharing their challenges in group settings. It allows them to build trust at their own pace while receiving the guidance and support they need to grow.

Peer Mentoring

By connecting with other young people who may be going through similar experiences, they can feel a sense of belonging and support. Peer mentoring can be empowering while also helping them build the confidence they need to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Small Group

One mentor with a small group of mentees, or group mentoring, can help them realize that they are not alone in their struggles.
